India's startup company Tork Motors has finally launched its electric motorcycle. Powered by electricity instead of petrol, the new Tork Motors has introduced its new e-bike in 2 versions - Kratos and Kratos R, with a starting price of Rs 1.02 lakh. Tork Kratos Electric Motorcycle
The Tork Kratos is a wholly updated motorcycle compared to the T6X showcased almost five years back. It is powered by a 4 kWh battery that delivers a maximum power of 7.5 kW and a peak torque of 28 Nm. Also, the bike catches the speed of 0-40 kmph in just 4 seconds. At the same time, it has been introduced only in the White color option. The certified range is 180 km, while the original range is 120 km. Its top speed is 100 kmph.
Tork Kratos R Electric Motorcycle
This bike is more expensive and equipped with more features than Tork Kratos. It has been introduced in 4 color options: White, Black, Red, and Blue. It also gets a 4 kWh battery like the Kratos, but the Kratos R makes 9 kW more power and 38 Nm of higher torque. It accelerates from 0-40 kph in 3.5 seconds. Apart from this, fast charging option is also available with Kratos R so that the customer can charge 0-80% in just 1 hour. Torque is also setting up a fast-charging network across India. Buyers of Kratos R will get free access to these charging networks for the first two years. Its top speed is 105 km as compared to the standard model. At the same time, the certified range is 180 km while the original range is 120 km.

Tork Kratos Electric Bike price starts from Rs. 1.08 Lakh ex-showroom, Pune. This price is inclusive of state and government subsidies. Also, Tork Kratos R is priced at 1.23 Lakh (ex-sh Pune) without support. The company informed that the launch would happen in a phased manner. The first cities to get Tork electric motorcycles Kratos and Kratos R include Pune, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Delhi.
