Ingredients-
5 kg beetroot
3 kg jaggery/ Sugar
1/4cup seedless raisins
10 cardamom
10 cloves
15 stick cinnamon
I tsp Yeast
Preparation-
1. Wash the beets, skin and cube them.
2. Grate or chop the Beetroot finely
3. Cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes
4. Strain through a sieve
5. Pour into a cleaned wine jar
6. Crush all the ingredients:- Cardamom, Cinnamon, cloves and close it with a muslin cloth and place it in the jar.
7. Add Sugar
8. Add Yeast
9. Close the lid tightly with a muslin cloth and keep it in the darkroom.
10. Stir the mixture once in three days and leave to ferment for 41 days from the day of preparation.
This is how you will get tasty and healthy beetroot wine.
